Yes one can get admission in MBBS programme through management quota seats for high academic fees if he/she can afford it. This fee struture is nearly 10 lac per year. Some candidates are not able to perform well in NEET but does not mean that they can not be given chances to pursue study in medical. There are 12000 seats for such admissions.
