Can i get admission in automobile engineering after completion of my diploma in mech engineering?

Hey candidate,

You can surely get admission in Mechanical Engineering.

You can go for lateral entry after the completion of Diploma course.

Bachelor of technology or popularly known as B.Tech is one of the most desired career option selected by students. This creates a tough competition for students aspiring to be engineers. In this scenario, merely a diploma course is not sufficient to have a flourishing career. Aspiring students can now opt for lateral entry for diploma holders. A student who has completed his/her 10+2 education with minimum 60% aggregate marks and is from the science and maths background can take up a diploma course in engineering which is of one year and then can directly take admission to the B.Tech after diploma.
