Hey Sushmitha,
Your marks are decent but very less to get any governement medical college or any other private colleges. It also depends on your category but sttill these marks range is insufficient. Every year cut-offs of colleges differ based on difficulty level of the paper and no. of candidates.The afer zone of marks be from 440-559 atleast for general category. Hope you find it useful.
