Hope you are doing well .See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
As per NEET 2020 cutoffs,with a score of 421 and assuming that you belong from general category ,there are no chances for you to get a government BAMS seat in Haryana . You atleast needed to score 540+ .
But you can try for private colleges in Haryana which offer BAMS,there through the management quota,you have good chances of getting a seat with this score .
