Yes, you can get admission in DU with 94% (your best of four).

But usually the cut offs for Arts and Commerce remains high every year. Getting a good college in 1st or even in 2nd cut off will be a bit difficult for you. The cut offs for B.Com  (Prog) is generally less than that of B.Com (Hons).

You have to wait for several cut offs in order to match the eligibility to get admission into a college.
