can i get admission in bds private college in kolkata on 102 marks in neet ug 2021 (general caste)?

You cannot get admission in any of the medical courses in any college whether it is private or government or whether it is for MBBS or for BDS or for any other course, through such NEET score because unfortunately on such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks

-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

You should have at least 138 marks to get qualified for NEET 2021 if you belongs to general category.

Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
