Last year, MSc Physics cutoff for the general was 272 rank. Thus, going by the last year trends, you have a very fair chance of getting MSc Physics in BHU with 114 rank in BHU PET. Though the counselling are always very tough to predict but considering the gap between your rank and the last year cutoff, I would say you can definitely get a chance in M.Sc Physics.
