For CSE as per 2018,

For round1(OC)

Home state opening and closing rank include-4500 to 11,000

Other state opening and closing rank include-5245 to 8930

If this is satisfied then go to Round2


For (SC)

Home state rank 2500 to 4700

Open state rank 1584  to984





So on this analysis

You just have no chance
