B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology is offered in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The eligibility criteria for this college are:
10+2 (PCB) with 50% marks or Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology with at least five years of work experience in the relevant field and have appeared in IPU CET exam.
It is totally on merit basis. You have a chance of getting B.Sc in MLT in the second or third list.
