Yes you can take admission in B-tech college after diploma. every year you will see that many students join b-tech course after diploma so you can opt for this. Moreover, its not difficult to convert the course you just need 12th marks with science having maths subject having an aggregate of 60% at least in class 12th. Hope you find it useful.
