It would really depend on the basis of cut off. However you know what Mode 1 is through JEE marks which has 70% seats


Mode 2 is through 10+2 marks which has 30% seats

You can definitely go ahead and apply through mode 2 in case you don't qualify the cut off

Hello Ritesh,

Yes, it is likely that you may get admission in CSE Branch at Thapar University based on previous year cut offs as for last year 2nd counseling the cutoff score of Punjab candidates was 86 and 125 for candidates from outside Punjab.
