You do have enough percentage in class 12 to get admission in Delhi University. But yes, you won't be able to get North Campus or top colleges.

You can get average colleges only, but they are good too:

To get good branches in Delhi University you need a percentage of 93% or greater in your 12th boards. Since you have scored only 86.5% in your 12th boards you are not eligible for admission through merit seat.

You can write Delhi university entrance exam and secure good marks in it to get a good seat in the university.

Alternatively if neither of the above options work you can try getting admission in state colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT, SRM, MIT, BIT and so on.
