Dear aspirant,

You need to mention your category. If you belong to unreserved category it's impossible to get any seat thorough NEET. As neet cutoff for general category is 147. Now if you can contact for management quota seat it could be possible.

Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

If you belong to general category then with 125 mark , you have not even qualified Neet examination as qualifying marks for general category is 147 marks and without qualifying Neet you can not get admission in any medical or Dental College. If you belong to obc/sc /st category then with 125 marks you have  qualified Neet examination but with 125 marks you may not get admission in any Dental College not even in private Dental Colleges.
