Can i get admission in deshbandhu college for BA programm if i scored 62% in science stream?

Last year cutoff for BA(prog.) in Deshbandu college was 65% ( general). plus you are changing your stream from science to arts so 2.5% will be deducted from your total %. so i think its tough for you to get BA ( prog.) in Deshbandhu college this year. but don't lose hope keep checking cut-off's.
