Directly speaking it is difficult to get admission in the Delhi University with such percentage of 12th board exam and moreover you belong to general category so category will not help you in getting the admission. Students belonging to scheduled caste may get admission in DU with such percentage.

Well if you are having any other quota you can get admission through that. Admission on the basis of various quotas are given in DU like sports quota and music quota.  

And yes you can wait for 5 to 6 cut off lists may be you get a chance.
