For admission in DU for B.com is:
Eligibility:
Candidates must have an aggregate of 40% marks in the qualifying examination(10+2)
Basis for selection:
Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects.

The admission is based on following criteria which includes the candidate shall be pass with an aggregate of 40% in qualifying examination so your marks are very good according to the eligibilty criteria. the candidates will get admission on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination with one language and three best subjects .
