Unfortunately No this much of a percentage is not enough to get admissions in any of the colleges of the University of Delhi ,New Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's in mathematics honours, The cutoffs for this course is generally above 95 percentage best of four aggregate . You can get a low grade college of the south campus for the same but that to if you belong to any of the resrved cateogory .You canreach out to us for more help regarding information related to admissions procedure, imortant dates, cutoffs etc.

For obc category the cutoffs are again above 90 percentage.
