Can I get admission in du in ba polsci Hons I have secured 95 mark in my poltical science but my best four percentage is 84.5 .

I think that your percentage is good and you can definitely get admission in a good college in pol science hons. as your best of four aggregate is 84.5%. I think you will be able to get admission in some of the prestigious colleges as well in 3rd or 4th cutoff. Just go for the best.
