Yes, you can.
Can you please specify which course you want to pursue and which category of reservation you belong to?
If you are a general category student, it's a little difficult for you to get into top colleges like Hindu, Miranda (Girls), Ramjas, Venkateshwara, Hansraj etc.
It also depends highly on the course.

Your score is decent and I believe you will earn a seat in South Campus easily, by the 2nd-3rd cutoff.
By your name, I am assuming you are a male student. Girl candidates normally have more college options and also a one percent leverage.
