can i get admission in du MA history based on merit only system,if my BA history hons.percentage from one of the du colleges is about 62% And I didn't get good marks in entrance exam?

Hope you are doing well ! It won't be possible to get admission in MA history on merit system for you also you didn't get good marks in entrance so I think it will very hard for you to get DU this time.but Do not stop doing hardwork ,be ready for future challenges.
