can i get admission in du with 84% in 12 th for ba course with gernal category and also have a national certificate in science project

Du is one of the prestigious university of India and therefore usually keep their percentage high. With 84% you may secure a seat in du for ba programme. You won't be able to get some good colleges of du but might get some off campus colleges of du.
You can further check the cutoffs of previous year's of different colleges of du at the official website of du.
