Hello there!
Generally, the admission in the DU is based on merit and 87% might fall less depending upon the previous year's cut off score.
Fill the form and wait for the admission process to start.
You can easily check in the merit list whether you will get the desired college or not.
Also, in case of a doubt. Keep a backup and fill another university form as well.
