Hello,

Yes,  you can get admission in engineering. It is possible to make into government colleges but you can try for good private engineering colleges. For private engineering colleges, you need to pass in all the subjects in class 12.

For detailed information about the colleges you can refer the link mentioned below -

Hope this helps,

Good luck!

Hello Sooraj. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in any of the NIT's IIIT's IIT's or even GFTI's , one should have aggregate 75% marks in boards exam and they must have given JEE Mains exam followed by JEE Advanced for IIT's.

But you can get admission in any of the colleges in Maharashtra namely Mumbai and Pune because thier eligibility criteria comprises of aggregate 50% marks in Physics , Chemistry , Mathematics. But you must have given JEE Mains exam or MHT-CET their state level entrance examination.

Hello Sooraj, you won't get any government colleges if you have not given exams like JEE Mains, WBJEE, MHTCET and other state level examination. Given that your board% is not very high although you have fulfilled your eligibility criteria of minimum 50%. But the seats reserved for board exams are very less that's why cutoff is very less. You might want to opt for private colleges.

Hey sorraj, this question is ambiguous.

Have you given any qualifying exam after your boards? Have you given any competitive exam such as jee or your state entrance exam for getting into bachelor of technology or bachelor of engineering courses? To the best of my knowledge, It is highly doubtful that a college will accept only the 12th score.

All the best
