With this score its tough to get into any good government college but you can get top private institutions like Thapar University, Jaypee Noida, etc , although in Thapar University you may not get your desired branch but in Jaypee Noida you can get your desired branch.

If you belong to General category, then this might be a trickier situation. You may or may not get a good government engineering college to pursue B.tech.
But if you have home state quota and belong to EWS or OBC category, then there are good chances that you might get a good engineering colleges but even then you won't be getting CS or IT there.
You can get ECE, EE or ME in such colleges.
