Hello prasad,
Based on previous year cut-off in order to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As per the question 440 marks are not so promising for getting the seat in government college.

Comparing the cut-offs of NEET 2020, I am sorry to say that your chances of selection in a Government Dental College are less.
However, seeing the difficulty level of NEET-2021 it is difficult to predict anything. You shall use NEET College Predictor to check your scope.
Moreover, you should also shortlist some private or deemed government dental colleges as per your preferences to check your chances.
Dear aspirant,
hope you are doing well,
I'm afraid to say that 440 marks are not enough for a govt. dental college with OBC category. The best you can do is look for good private dental college. For your convenience, I'm listing the Top 5 private dental colleges in India with total fees -:

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing good
Well as you haven't mentioned your state its quite difficult to know whether you'll get BDS in govt college or not.
But as per previous year trends a score of 450+ is likely to land you in a good bds college
Colleges can't be predicted this easily as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
But don't worry
You can still get an idea about your rank , college you may get through these links
Also, you can checkout previous year cut offs in order to obtain more specific information
