You haven't mentioned your category but if you are from OBC, SC , ST or any other category then no need to worry you will definitely get a government seat . As you haven't mentioned your category I am assuming you as an open candidate it looks little hard to get government college's at 574 marks but there are good chances of getting college's or you can go through all India quota .
