can I get admission in Hindu College of DU with improvement marksheet? As I am confident enough that I will get 99 percent in my improvement exam,in best 4 subjects.

You can definitely get admission in Hindu college with an improvement marksheet, just your scores must cross the cut off of the course you will be applying for.
