Hi Aayush,
Selection criteria of the IIMs are quite tricky and are subjected to change frequently.
That being said, historically it has been seen IIM Indore giving the following weightage :
- 20% ==> Class 10 and Class 12
- 20% ==> CAT Score
- 20% ==> WAT (Writing Ability Test)
- 40% ==> PI (Personal Interview)
Therefore, marks obtained in 10th wouldn't really affect the overall process of admission by much and you will always have plenty of chances to mend for it by scoring better in the other fields as mentioned.
