If you wish to get addmission in Indian Institute of Technology, then you must take part in Joint Seat allocation authority (JoSAA). The eligiblity critera for the same is as follows
- canditate must have cleared minimum cut off of JEE Advance
- Candidate must have secured minimum 75% or top 20 percentile in class 12th or equivalent exam
so you can't take admission with class 10th board marks

I guess you are very eager to join IIT right, so you want to enter IIT just after your 10 th but dear that's not possible as for for JEE exam its compulsory to Candidates must have passed class XII or qualifying exam or appearing in 12 th board exam .
