Can I get admission in institute of home economics as I haven't filled in the Delhi University form? Are there any chances

Institute of Home Economics is a Public Institute . The institute is affiliated to university of delhi.thw institute offers the following courses.B.Sc.(Pass), B.Sc. (Hons.), B.A. (Hons.), B.El.Ed, M.Sc. (Fabric & Apparel Science and Food & Nutrition), PG Diploma (in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition and Health & Social Gerontology), and Ph.D. (Home Science).
I would like to bring this to your notice that filling up the application form is mandatory for taking admission in the institute of home economics. I believe if you have not filled the application form then you can not get into this college any way. For better knowledge you can connect with the college authorities.
