at this rank you can take admission in ipu but only in spot round which will be may held in august but at this rank you can get admission in GFTI of india but also on this rank you can apply for best state government engineering college of india by state counselling hope you understand

As far as I know ipucet is required for getting admission in colleges affiliated to ip university and only spot round is possible for jee mains as at my time, I saw it showed jee mains and ipucet but with your rank you won't get the top colleges even in spot counselling, tier 3 colleges are only. Available options for you in ipu counselling.
