Through NEET you can get admitted there,with the good aggregate in PCM/PCB.However cutoff changes there you can check at it's official website.

Eligibility criteria for B.pharm in Jamia is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregateScore in NEET UG. Non-NEET candidates can also apply. They will be selected on the basis of marks in qualifying examination and Interview.
Cut off is generally 300-350 for SFS candidates and 400-420 for regular candidates.
At score 412 you are likely to fetch a seat however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
