Yes definitely, asper previous years records, to get admission into Jorhat Engineering College, Jorhat (JEC) was around 120 marks in ASSAM CEE for general category. Ans as you are from reserved category, so you have decent chances to get admission there.

77 are considered as good marks for obc category and as per previous years records you will called for 1st round of counselling and almost during 1st round candidates have very good chances to get the desired seats. so yes, you might grab JEC or JIST.
