If you provide your category and jee score then I can give you a clear picture.But however with 94% in boards you can get JNGEC Sundernagar very easily. There are only 4 courses offered by the institute for B.E. and the eligibility criteria is on two things -

1. Based on JEE marks
2. 10+2 marks (cutoff vary according to course choosed)

There is no specified cutoff for JEE main.It will take cutoff by NTA in case of JEE admission. But since you have very low marks then I suggest you to go with 10+2 marks. You have very high chances that you will get JNGEC according to this marks.For more details you can visit the below site.
