At Lovely Professional University a candidate can take admission to BTech with JEE score more than or equal to 80 percentiles.

As per the present guidelines, for admission to B.Tech 2024 at LPU, the applicant is required to have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics & Mathematics ) subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CUET or JEE Mains (From Phase II Onwards).

Besides admission LPU also offers certain scholarships on the basis of JEE score and that is applicable through out the course. LPUNEST is an entrance and scholarship test conducted by LPU itself for admission to various programmes and granting scholarship.

LPU offers scholarship on the basis of JEE Mains:

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 95 - category 1

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 90 but less than 95 - category 2

JEE (Main) percentile equal to or more than 80 but less than 90 - category 3

I would like to inform you that now according to the latest 2024 criteria. It is compulsory for students to give the lpunest exam. The eligibility criteria for the same is to pass with 60 percent aggregate in 12 board examinations. for furthur details visit to the site.

Hi there , as per eligibility of 2024 session , you need to qualify LPUNEST test for admission in engineering stream . You will not get any exemption from entrance test on the basis of JEEMAINS . The eligibility criteria is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST .

Let me share the current eligibility criteria for the BTech programme at LPU.

You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English, Maths, and Physics. Moreover, you need to qualify for the LPUNEST exam conducted by LPU.

If you have not studied English as a subject, then you must have to provide proof of medium of instruction in English from your school or college.

Nope , There is no way to take admission in LPU without qualified in LPU-NEST but for engineering if you have good percentile in JEE mains you can take direct admission in LPU and you can take admission as per the eligibility requirement  criteria of the program.
