yes with your percentile you can certainly get admission in both institutes, now it depends upon you which one do you want.
you should keep in mind the following things while decidng your college:-
- fees
- distance from your house(if you dont want a pg or hostel)
- naac ratings of the college
- placement ratio
- student teacher relation(ask people studying in those college)
