Based on the 2018 cutoff, It is quite difficult to get Government medical colleges with this score and this year even it is more difficult as cutoff will be very high. If you want only Government colleges then you could go for BDS. You have chances to get Government Dental colleges in 3 states. If you are obsessed with Medical seat then you could get Private medical so try for them.
