Dear Aspirant,
As per your marks your rank will be in the range of 70000-80000.With this score its difficult to get a government seat in Maharashtra.You can get government seat for BAMS/BDS courses.There are chances of your's to get semi government and good private colleges.Wait till the official cutoff list gets releases as the cutoff changes every year.

Though you are from the OBC category, you have very low chances of getting a seat in MBBS in any government medical college in Maharashtra with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. But you may get a seat in BDS. There are many good BDS colleges in Maharashtra where you can get a seat.
