Hello,
With your score you have less chances of getting into government medical colleges (obc category) as cutoff for all india quota is usually higher (520+)

You can still try for government and private medical colleges of your state and private institutions at karnataka and maharashtra (as they are cheaper than other private medical colleges) Eg - Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore ,Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore ,M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore etc

With 470 NEET score your Overall Percentile will be around 94.6 - 95.1   and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 72811 - 84961

However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and recent COVID19 situation etc.

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;-
