Based upon the marks that you have scored and taking into consideration that you are a general category student , you may have a rank in between 390772-415591. It will be difficult to get a government seat for admission in MBBS. Since the marks that you have mentioned, you should try out for private colleges and Deemed Universities by management quota.
Regarding BDS, the cutoffs are generally lower than MBBS. Based upon the marks you have scored you can try out for private colleges by 85% state quota.

With 290 marks you have no change to get mbbs seats in any government college even private college. 290 marks is qualifying score but not a good marks to take admission.You need to score minimum 580 marks to get a government seats. You can try to take seats in mopup round in private college for mbbs Or bds.
