Well, according to your marks in MHT CET, it will be quite difficult for you to get the civil branch in MIT Pune.
From the analysis of the previous year's cutoff, the following will be the cutoff range of every category this year:
Home State Quota
General: 125-130 OBC: 115-120 SC: 90-100 ST: 80-85
Outside Quota
General: 130-135 OBC: 130-135 SC: 115-120 ST: 80-85
For girls, the cutoff marks will be 5-6 marks lesser in all the categories.

one can get admission in MIT Pune through both the exams
-JEE mains
-MHT CET
In order to get admission there you should've appeared in any of the exams,but,if you are a domicile of Maharashtra then your MHT CET would be more preferable.
You need more than 50% in your 10+2 to get into the admission procedure and score more than 120 to get there as for the general categoty
