Can I get admission in Mumbai university and its affiliated colleges with 67.60% in bmm or English honours?

see mumbai university is one of the largest university in the country and it has around 700 affiliated colleges under the affiliation of mumbai university.
at this score may be its not possible to get top colleges but you may get atleast tier 2 colleges as your desirble stream.
follow the official websites and strictly do the form fill up process.

Since you said maybe, that means maybe there's some possibility of me getting in a tier 1 college too, right? It isn't impossible right?
