can i get admission in nit if my ews rank is 24570 and my crl rank is 168289 my home state is madhya pradesh

Unfortunately your crl and ews both the ranks are very low to get a seat in the nits event your home state advantat can't help you much this time.
You could look for other good engineering colleges where you might have a chance of getting a seat like
- Jecrc
- Bit sindri
- Chnadigay university etc.
