As per last year cut off details of JEE MAIN 2021 after 6th round of JoSAA counselling , you have good chances to get NIT Rourkela with your AIR in OBC- NCL pwd category :
- Civil Engineering-272
- Electrical Engineering-268
- Mechanical Engineering-330

But let me remind you that the above cut off can't predict your admission chances accurately as each year the cut off can change due to some unavoidable factors like :
