PGIMS Rohtak takes MBBS and BDS admission through NEET UG scores. The eligibility criteria for MBBS/BDS admissions in PGIMS Rohtak states that the candidate should have a minimum of 50% in class 12 with PCB and English as subjects. Provided you have english, i think you satisfy the eligibility criteria. You can get admission on the basis of your NEET Score.
