That is not possible because NEET is the sole and mandatory entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India, So if you want to study Ayurvedic or Homeo courses across India as a Bachelor's degree, you should appear for NEET even if it is a Private College. Direct admissions and admissions without NEET are no more possible. So you have to appear for NEET. . I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in any Medical College for BHMS or BAMS be it government or private without qualifying Neet examination.

This is because,  Neet examination is mandatory  for following courses

• Medical i.e MBBS
• Dental i.e BDS
• Ayush courses i.e BHMS, BAMS etc
• Veterinary i.e BVSc

So if you want to get admission in BAMS or BHMS even in private medical college then you need to qualify Neet examination .
