I am  also pursuing mechanical engineering degree from RTU, kota.

So there is chance for getting into admission in RTU kota

You can firstly fill REAP 2019 form in which  firstly you filled RTU, kota as priority college in also in RTU, kota you should fill the aeronotical, petroleum, electrical  etc lower branch so that you will enter into RTU ,kota  then after entering in college you can change your branch if any seat will available in any branch you will get seat in that branch in RTU ,kota so I will suggest you, please fill as priority aeronotical, petroleum branch.
