can i get admission in SRM without SRMJEE ? How?

You can only take admission in SRM university only after giving SRMJEE. If you got good rank then you can into the college through merit list. If you got bad rank then you may consider taking admission through management quota, but it is compulsory to give SRMJEE to take admission in SRM. In management quota the worse rank you will get the lower will be the management quota fees. . So try to get your best rank possible in SRMJEE.

Well, there is no uther option to get admission in SRM without qualifying any entrance exam (neet, srmjee, JEE Mains, nata, etc.)

No, apart from SRMJEE, SRM doesn't considers any other exam for the admissions. So in order to seek admission in SRM, one must give and qualify the SRMJEE exam.
