Yes, you can get admission in management quota in St. John Medical College.

For management quota all you need is money to be paid, as the college gives you a paid seat. You dont need marks for admission through management quota.

This year it is bit tough to get a seat even under management quota with 450 because this time NEET was very high scoring. Your score is good but this time it will be a bit tough and St. John is a pretty good medical college and some seats are reserved for Cristian minority too.
