can I get admission in St. Stephen's College with 92. 75 from COTH category for BA honours in first cutoff of it?

It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned in which subject you want to pursue BA hons.

However I'll try to help you by providing a rough idea. Yes, your chances for admission in any of the BA courses are high.

Last year's cut off marks for BA programme of St. Stephen's College for COTH was 88, for BA Economics hons. it was 91.75 and for BA English hons. it was 88.75.

As you have scored higher than the mentioned cut offs , it can be predicted that you do have a fair chance of getting admission.
